We go over many important federal laws in our practice and disclosure section. In our transfer of property section, we review concepts vital to your real estate exam such as deeds, title insurance and how title is taken such as joint tenancy vs tenancy in common. Our financing section touches upon key concepts for your exam as it relates to financing a home such as the types of loans, secondary market, government programs and vital instruments in originating a loan. We also review forms of depreciation, essentials of value, appraisal theory, and much more. Our appraisal section reviews the different approaches to estimating value such as the market data approach and cost approach. In our agency section, we review concepts such as types of agencies, agency creation / termination, and responsibilities related to agency. Keep doing these practice exams until you consistently score 80% or above. The vocabulary practice exams help you understand the terminology in a multiple choice format. The goal is to be able to fill it out with ease without using other references.
At first, use any and all reference materials to fill it out: It all starts with the vocabulary, nothing should happen until that is mastered because all of the questions and content is based on understanding the underlying terminology.
